An Answer
I have been so very sick for so very long. Dr. Carabello is determined to figure out the relationship between my various medical issues, to determine the source of my distress. She has talked to me at length, carefully reviewed extensive medical reports, performed physical exam, and ordered many tests. She has already made a diagnosis which has been overlooked until now. She has a couple other additional concerns she is analyzing at the moment. I should have an update soon. Finally, an answer and a couple more answers soon.

1 in a million
Dr. Caraballo-Cartagena listened to me. She asked pertinent questions. She laughed a little when I said something I hoped was funny. She was confident that she could help me and I left my appointment with her, a lot more hopeful than I have been in the 8+ years that I have had a chronic headache. I would highly recommend Dr. Caraballo-Cartagena to anyone seeking help from a neurologist.

Don't bother.
She is horrible. Extremely dismissive. Rude. Cold. Not easy to talk to. Seemed to have preconceived opinions before she even walked into the room. Didn't believe me or my family. Treated us like liars. Totally blew me off and had no interest in trying to figure out what's going on with me. I was referred to her from a different specialist to resolve/diagnose a specific issue. She barely even talked about or addressed that issue. You couldn't pay me to see her again. Save your time and money and find a better neurologist.
