Excellent doctor
Dr Ballal is so patient and kind with my 18 yo nonverbal autistic daughter. She explains everything to both of us. She is meticulous with her endoscopies and listening to all my concerns. Dr Ballal always goes the extra mile. She has a wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend her!

Dr Ballal has been amazing in diagnosing and treating my son over the last two years. She is patient, kind, knowledgable and I love that she speaks to my son directly (he is 11) first but also listens to what I have to say. We're so lucky to have found her.

She does not listen and talks right through you, does not allow the parent to speak. Bedside manners are far below acceptable. Tells the same stories of studies that are unrelated to problem every visit but does not provide answers as to what is cause of illness and how to prevent reoccurrence. These are questions she needs to answer but can’t or won’t. She only prescribes more meds but no real solutions. Do not recommend her.
