CareMax is the worst! Should be called CareLESS
I used to be a long term patient of Dr Sondra Aiken but could no longer deal with the CareMax staff. Rude, unprofessional and do not do their jobs. I spent countless hours following up on referrals, writing down the correct codes, had to cancel many appts due to referral not be processed of wrong codes or no codes on them. No one returns ph calls or are available. Dumped in someones voicemail to not receive a retun call. Office Mgr Judy was rude and unprofessional, more concerned with going to lunch on time then doing her job. Need to change their name fromCareMax to CareLESS! Atrocious. Do not use them. Waste of time. The absolute worst. Dealing with their incompetancy was making me sicker.

Q It will take me 40 minutes between 4 calls to be told that the facility does not take new patients. 1. Transfer. 2. No, it's not this line. 3. I leave you waiting while I check and then cut. 4. No, these facilities do not accept new patients.

Good Doctor
Longest waiting time 10 minutes; efficient and friendly staff; Dr. Aiken is compassionate, friendly, with excellent bedside manner. He takes time going over your labs and addresses any concerns you may have. I love his style.

First met Dr. Aiken July 18 2019 for blood work and get to know. The blood work showed severely low thyroid and Dr. Aiken phoned in a prescription to get me started on meds before my appointment this week. I met with him today and he went over my blood work and patiently answered my questions. Additional meds were needed for blood pressure. Dr. Aiken focuses on lifestyle changes to affect healthy changes and not simply medications for life. It's difficult for me to trust doctors and Dr. Aiken inspires trust.

I first visited Dr. Aiken for a physical exams, but upon my encounter with him and experiencing his amazing patients-doctor connection/relationship, I soon made a resolution to make him my Primary Care Physician! His great compassion and humanely honest desire and superior efforts to do anything possible to help patients resolve their health issue (s) is phenomenal! I absolutely recommend him without any reservation!

Dr. Aiken is honestly the best doctor in the world! I recommend him to anyone and everyone. Not a single doctor has listened to me or cared for me anywhere close to the way Dr. Aiken does. If you’re looking for the best of the best, Dr. Aiken and SMA in general are the way to go every single time.

While I did like Dr Aiken his practice is run to maximize how he can benefit and profit from your medical plan and visit ...He and his staff insisted on having Blood work drawn even tho my most recent blood work was done less than a month prior and the results was extremely good with NO ISSUES ......Over testing to collect fess is NOT taking care of a patients health , its abusing your medical plan .......

Dr. Aiken is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him. The office is very nice and clean with spacious exam rooms. The staff is also very nice and will do anything they can to help. Overall this is one of the best practices I have been too.
