Dr. Son Duong

I call for my aunt opt after got approval from insurance fax over from other doctor refer the woman said her name Camilia or Camelia said she is office manager totally rudest manner unprofessional over the phone with an elderly patient screaming at my aunt so I had to bring her in person to make opt but could not stand the disrespect treatment from this woman she block us from trying to talk to Dr Son Duong office this woman Camilia blocking and blocking us to file complaint with Dr Son Duong she even trying to block the review in medical website. So we took off left request to refer to difference office they lost out 17k. of vein surgery could be an income.

The office manager is the major problem her name CAMILIA absolutely rudes on the phone it will take me 10 pages to report about this horrible woman.

Waited 3 months for my appointment, showed up early, waited 2 hours! staff looks overwhelmed and incompetent. I let them know I have not had anything to eat and I'm diabetic. I asked to talk to the manager, they don't have one, she quit! Well, not surprised there. I left! Waste of time.

My mom is a diebetic patient of Dr. Duong. As a diabetic patient she had leg pain, cramps, tingling and ulcers in her feet. Dr. Duong was very attentive took the time to listen to us and asked her questions. He did a thorough checking on both her feet and had the staff do test in the office. He explained the procedure in detail and showed her the cause and what option would be best for her. Not only is the provider amazing but he comes with great staff. They took care of the insurance and called us the day before the procedure to give instructions literally going on and beyond just to make sure my mother was taken care of and felt more at comfortable. After a few days my mom is feeling much better and had her diabetes under control. Thank you Dr. Duong and Tina for taking care of my mom like family. Janet. P

This office moved to a new office on the same building (from 301 to 408), they hired more staff and a new surgeon. Since then, a noticed a big improvement on wait time and appointment availability. I always loved Dr. Duong but now it's an even better experience overall. Dr. Duong is an amazing doctor, he is very kind and takes the time to explain everything very well. I never felt rushed and every visit with him I felt that he truly care.

Very unprofessional. I was scheduled for a 7:30 procedure but he arrived @ 9:15 . Considering I had no food intake from 12:00 pm of previous day and a diabetic at that , that was unacceptable . To top it all , my surgery failed . When asked about the action of medication prescribed , could not even explain it well . Medication Prescribed was only available from pharmacy 5 days after surgery .

I have been in his office mutliple times and I would have to say I had a great experience!! He treated the source of veins and havent had a pain since. I can see why he is booked up. Great surgeon. Would highly recommend.

Dr Doung office staff are most unoronazed staff I ever seen in any doctors office. They change your schedule without your notice or calling you to let you know!! His office is a small room . Nurses are telling doctor what to do and very rud After I was waiting in whole month for my surgery they change my schedule to a month later . When I call them they told me in the day I was scheduled they said there is a life treeting cituatio in tow week later.how stupid it is?

I am concerned about making a recommendation. When a referral from primary doctor and appointment was made, it was listed as Orange County Endovascular center. The physical building and address does not reflect this name. It is listed under Dr. Son Duong. The location was difficult to find even local employees do not recognize the business listed under Endovascular center. The appointments are booked back-to-back. Wait times are excessive, limited seating available.

Dr. Duong is a very nice Doctor but extremely busy and his office staff over books patients. Be prepared to wait a least a hour and a half once you get there to see him.. I have talked to other patients and they have told me yep plan on being in the waiting room for a least and hour or so but because he is so well liked people just sit and wait just like I have done many times..

Dr. Duong and his staff have been wonderful before and after a varicose vein procedure with my right leg, with the same scheduled for the left.

I;ve been dealing with Dr Duong professionally for over 6 years and had two procedures, both very successful. He is a g=highly talented surgeon extremely thought of by both patients and nurses. He is personable, caring and really knows his stuff.
