Dr. Sohail Khan, MD

The wait might be long sometimes, but the only reason why is because Dr. Khan spends time with each of patients and doesn’t want to rush them out to see the next patient. There is not a doctor like him that shows genuine interest in his patients like he does; the office wait is worth it. I’ve been to numerous doctors and I genuinely have never met such a dedicated and happy doctor. His personality and his bedside manner truly show that he highly prioritizes and respects his patients and only wants what’s best for them. He goes out of his way to help anyone; one day after 5 pm, I was able to get a hold of him over the phone because he still answers patient calls after hours!! So dedicated.

Prior to hurricane Michael, Dr. Kahn was extremely sharp, caring, smart and efficient. I was able to see him one time in his old office after the hurricane, from that day forward his office staff had destroyed my follow up visits. Exremyly rude. They’re very frightening even in how his staff guagee the hurricane surroundings as they’re yelling at hurricane survivors still trying to get in. I spoke to him twice. I can never trust him or that office with my life again. My health has declined so severely. I have health conditions and I NEVER should’ve gotten this sick.

We have been going to Dr, Khan for over 14 years. He is the best.

Dr. Khan is wonderful, deeply caring and very good at communicating and LISTENING. however after almost a year I had to leave this practice. The staff is so unresponsive never answers the phone, never replies to Voice mail, never forwards RX in time never sets up testing or executes referrals. It is so very sad to see this wonderful mans life work be degraded by individuals who don't work to his advantage, let alone the patients.

While Dr Kahn is personable, empathetic and listens, follow-up is less than ideal. When I left the office visit, it was my understanding that three things would be done by Dr Kahn and his office staff. None were done 10 days after my appointment, and two phone calls to Nurse Debbie (she's a doll, by the way). He called me and said he misunderstood and apologized. By then, I had already made an appointment with a new PCP. Sadly, I cannot recommend Dr Kahn.
