Inadequate patient care
I have not had a good experience with Dr. Kilari. I have not received adequate patient care. I find her to be dismissive, unhelpful, and not proactive, or even responsive to my concerns. I am 53 years old, recently had a full hysterectomy for uterine cancer. Kilari is a new PCP because my previous doctor recently retired. I recently went in for an inflamed knee. She denied seeing or feeling any inflammation and refused to reexamine me in the room while I was demonstrating where the inflammation was. I have communicated a formal complain and am actively seeing a new PCP. I have never experienced such subpar care from a physician in my over fifty years.

She's now in Northborough - and she's awesome!
General Practitioners are often busy, so it's easy to feel like they don't have time to get to know you. Dr. Kilari actually takes the time to hear about your medical history and understand your needs as an individual. She's also kind-hearted and genuine. I get the sense that she trusts her patience to know themselves and their bodies. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Kilari is a very knowledgeable physician. She takes the time to explain any condition. She listens to your concerns. I felt very comfortable with her and followed her suggestions. I am sorry to see her move her practice but wherever she goes she will be an asset. You will be in good hands if you choose Dr. Kilari for your primary care physician. Connie J. Williams

I found Dr. Kilari to be unfriendly and misinformed. She was patronizing. Also, she prescribed a medication incorrectly. I have since changed doctors. In the past, I have never had any issues like with a physician. I went to her when I was new to the area and have now looked more thoroughly into other facilities in the area.
