Sonti has been amazing for me. She always is very thorough. I have never felt rushed. She takes all of my concerns seriously and then thoughtfully makes suggestions of next steps. I can tell she is very very smart but more than that she always makes sure to check in about my whole health as a person. I have had nothing but the best care from her.

Dr. Sonti has been my PCP for the last 8 years and the level of service and care has gotten really bad. She was very friendly at first and took an interest in getting to know me as a patient. It takes forever to be seen, I wait over an hour now. Each time I call to try and talk with her, I never get a call back. The staff in the reception area are rude and the nurses that help Dr. Sonti are too busy talking about their personal problems. Her office NEVER used to be like this. I switched my PCP and something I have been dealing with for years I found out was misdiagnosed. I couldn’t believe it. All the signs were there and I should have left her practice years ago when she moved to Scarborough.

Dr. Sonti is all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. She has been my primary care physician for several years and has always provided the best care, advice and medical treatment during each and every visit and for every issue I brought forward. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is comprehensive, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be thorough, caring and compassionate, I highly recommend Dr. Sonti as your primary care doctor.

The first visit for an annual physical about 6 years ago was fine. Every visit since has gotten worse. She has NO interest in anything I have to say, my last physical with her took 10 minutes total. She does not care about my physical or emotional health. My last visit, I told her I had lost my son. She picked up her clipboard and said you are due for a pap smear.Absolutely no acknowledgement whatsoever of my loss or how I was coping. I have now found a new physician, elsewhere!

I had high calcium and low vitamin D 2014. 2015 she said to skip all blood tests except cholesterol. I was wrong to not insist on my yearly blood work.I became very ill all of 2016. I was at the practice 3 times in a few months for uncontrollable coughing for over 6 months. I do have Asthma. The cough would not go away. Changed Doctor's and had physical with blood work. He probably saved my life. Having surgery to remove thyroid and repair parathyroid.

I initially liked Dr Sonti very much, but on subsequent visits I felt that she was more interested in concluding my appointment quickly. The first time I saw her after my cancer diagnosis and treatment, she asked how I was feeling and moved on immediately to the current reason for my visit. I would have expected a little more empathy.
