kept me for 1 day to test for covid and when it came back negative she disappeared and wouldn’t pick up her phone so i had to spend an extra night at the hospital even though the other doctors wanted to discharge me, clearly has other intentions on her mind, bottom of the barrel doc as we can see with all these amazing reviews, i’m praying i didn’t get covid by staying there. what a joke of a doctor.

Wait time was really long. She had really bad attitude. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Sought for second opinion and showed the other doc the prescription , was told I would have suffer side effect if taken. What was she thinking??

She has worst bedside manner. To cover up her lack of knowledge, she throws attitude and speaks to you as if you are 5. Find another clinic is my recommendation.

She prescribes medicine as if you are a guinea pig. Got diarrhea with possible blood, wasn't sure and wanted to find our right away. Was prescribe 3 different antibiotics which had to be order. Then 2 1/2 weeks later got referral to see GI. Crazy

This doctor at Sierra Vista Family Care @ Simi Valley., CA- The office is slow, staff doesn’t care much about patients , and Dr.Mandal is the worst doctor seen. She lacks common sense on how to talk to patients professionally, and doesn’t seem to be able to answe my questions about her prescription due to lack of knowledge.

One of the worst experience of my life! This doctor has the worst bedside manner. She does not care about listening to patients concerns. Phone calls were never returned . I would NOT recommend this one. Please visit other well qualified doctors in Simi Valley.

I had the worst experience with Dr. Smita Mandal. She gave the worst attitude to her patients. She would not call back when we had questions about her prescription . Such an irresponsible doctor!
