Ohhh my.....where do I start! If I can give this review 0 stars I would! Dr. Lowry office is absolutely unprofessional, dirty/unsanitary, understaffed, unorganized and the list goes on and on and on. I paid Dr. Lowery office a visit today, waited an hour and a half only for a dusty, dirty, missing teeth, stinky looking nurse come in my room to tell me that I need to go back to the Dr. that has been prescribing me medicines! HUH???? I have to go back to my ob-gyn to figure out why I'm having migraines........make this make sense to me! Dr. Lowry never came in the room....the last time I saw how he look is when he was in his old location on Bluecutt over my Dr. Brooks optometry. That was over 10 years ago! Instead of Dr. Lowry coming in the room he sends the dirty looking nurse with a blank sheet of paper to come into my room to take notes! The blood pressure machine barely worked. The nurse attempted to take my blood pressure 3 times; I'm still not sure if my blood pressure from today

It was horrific. Dr. Lowry did not finish his consultation with me but abruptly ended it and then left the room, sending an attendant in with two prescriptions without regard to what my visit was actually for. He was rude and then refused to see me for explanation and would not refund me for the visit. You’ll also be waiting 3-4 hours based on my monthly experience for 2 years. If you want to see the doctor that probably won’t happen as you’ll be seeing the LPN like I have all but 2 times. The staff? Rude and unprofessional. Basically this is the third time I have left that office crying and I’m completely done. Go to another doctor-any other doctor.

Terrible office & Dr. If you want to wait 3 hrs with little attention, then go. Their are other clinics & Dr.s that care about their patients. You will be lucky to see Dr. Lowry & says he only treats sinus problems. Nurses are mean too!

I went to dr Lowry for a procedure to be done. I waited 15 minutes for him my first appointment, came back and waited maybe 10 minutes for my second. He asked me if I wanted to do this procedure and I said yes. He did it within 20 minutes and I was out. He is GREAT. Don’t listen to the negativity. They all want to complain.

Go to Dr. Lowry's office IF you want to wait in the waiting room for an hour and then see Dr. Lowry for maybe 3 minutes. He also does this thing where he leaves the room but makes it seem like he'll be coming back to talk w/ you again. He never does come back. I got fed up w/ all this and now get treated much better at a different clinic. Something seemed fishy to me at Lowry's office. I don't know what he does there all day, given that he spends such little time w/ patients.

I’ve been to this office 4 times now. I’m typing this as I sit in this waiting room. Every time I come, I wait no less than 30-45 minutes — my very first appt I was the only one in the waiting room and only the second person in the back and I waited 45 minutes. I’ve still yet to lay eyes on Dr. Lowry as well. Poor communication between staff members and patients. I won’t be back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lowry's for over two years now and I have had nothing but exceptional treatment and, accurate and thurough analysis of the issues I went in for. Dr. Lowry has a kind, gentle, and inquisitive nature about him, which puts him above most any of the doctors I have seen before. I know when I go in to his office, I am treated with a genuine courtesy from him and his staff. His examination rooms are ALWAYS clean and neat. I am thankful to have such a competent doctor.

I use to see Dr Lowry years ago, but due to losing my insurance I started going to a cheaper clinic closer to my house. Anyway, I scheduled an appointment a week in advance to see the doctor. I explained that I use to be a patient and had a chronic condition, high blood pressure. I get there, wait an hour, and then they tell me they can't treat me because I have a chronic condition and they aren't taking on any more chronic patients. I had a blood pressure of 188/122 and they sent me away.

They wanted me to start a medication which I needed a coupon for, in order to keep it from being really expensive. I asked for something cheaper, and something I had heard of. I was told that I would need to bring in my four dollar prescription list and talk to dr. Lowry in order to get a different prescription. This is not to mention that I have been to two appointments, yet have not once laid eyes on Dr. Lowry himself. I won't be back in.
