I am commenting on Dr Ngan as a responsible, reliable, and ethical dental professional. My father is a cancer patient and urgently needed radiation. Although my father was dressed and ready for dental work, Dr Ngan weighed the costs and benefits and made the conscientious and considerate decision of advising him against the dental procedure so that he will be on track to get life-saving radiation treatment. I am confident that he will consider the best interests for his patients
