Dr. Sindy Solomon, MD

The man Andy that handles the doctor's phone is robotic and borderline rude, but Dr. Solomon is wonderful and kind. Can be difficult to get her on the phone, I believe the issue lies with reception.

Dr. Sindy Solomon is a great rheumatologist. She is kind, thorough, experienced and professional. I went to see her because I was in extreme pain. She diagnosed my condition and ended the intense pain I was suffering. Her diagnosis, treatment and follow up were and are impeccable.

Excellent. Dr Solomon had me pain free from poly myalgia rheumatica abs rheumatoid arthritis with the right diagnosis and medication in 1 day.

She's the best. After going to a rheumatologist who saw me for only 20 minutes, I was confused and terribly depressed. When I told my sister the awful experience, she just happened to know the most fabulous rheumatologist, Doctor Solomon. Her focus on a patient's needs and mental wellbeing is almost nonexistent today. She spent as much time as needed to educate me and explain a treatment plan. Since I happen to live on Long Island, Dr. Solomon has made it so much easier by working closely with my internist and together determining if I have any other needs.

She and her staff are the best she made my appointment visit ver well and easy she was very up front and made a difference with my concern and also Andy always returned my call and followed up with my appointment. Dr. Sindy is a thoughtful professional, with a high level of accountability, other than being a sweet and empathetic human. I found her through my insurance directory, after striving with minimal-to-zero communication with my previous rheumatologist. I was suffering from rheumatic pain in both hands and wrists, without understanding what I had. She patiently took my previous don blood tests and immediately recognized my diagnostic and patiently explained my condition and the care I should take from that point on. During the COVID lockdown, she answered my calls and concerns as fast as possible. I am hugely glad to be under her care.

Dr Solomon always reviews last appointment and then makes suggestions regarding current conditions. She takes her time and explains any questions you may have.

Compassionate thoughtful great diagnostic skills

Unprofessional. Did not explain condition, avoided and gave ambiguous answers. Never returned repeated phone calls. Waited a long time despite calling ahead and was told she was running on time. Staff unpleasant. Unapologetic. And then the visit was rushed because she was so far behind. Never again.
