I have been a patient of Dr.Jackson on and off for many years at . HC SOUTHWEST and it's time for a change. Especially when the care and wellbeing of the patient is not your main objective. When your appearance is not one of a board certified doctor. You are very combative and you don't care what the patient trying to tell you. Your attitude lacks professionalism What happen to you? You were not like that. You were one of the best doctors in that SW clinic with the best staff. The staff you have now all but 2 need a attitude adjustment. An for some reason the online survey never comes. Simina Jackson when you stop caring about the patient then it's time to look for another profession. I lost my jobs because she doesn't like to fill out FMLA . and no one can explain why. The patients advocate I still await a call from and I was told it was going to be marked URGENT.

Bad attitude. Always angry. Doesn’t respond to patient questions. Stay away from her. There are amazing doctors at the same clinic but she is not one of them.

Dr. Jackson is very unprofessional, with a very nasty attitude. I highly suggest you stay away from her! She needs more training in her profession! 0 stars...
