I would like to personally thank Dr. Lavi and the staff for their willingness to help in a difficult situation. One of my closest friends was having some issues and needed to see them for a consultation and visit. In dealing with the process, they were considerate of his needs and helped where they could and went out of their way to assist. Thank you for your help.

Dr. Lavi is amazing surgeon with such a great bedside manner. His entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Initially my husband met with the PA at his Manhattan office and he took the time to explain the MRI results and answer any questions we had. We felt confident and comfortable with his entire team. Dr. Tehrany even personally called the day after surgery to check on him. I know we made the right decision. I highly recommend!

Dr. Lavi is not only an incredible surgeon - he also has better post-operative care than any other shoulder surgeon I'm aware of, with more followup visits, and more direct access for his patients. His office staff takes great care of you - they treat you like a good friend, and help negotiate the incredibly convoluted insurance system. I feel incredibly lucky to have had both my shoulders repaired by him!
