This office person does not know what professionalism means. She hung up 3 times. Poor doctor. she was Hispanic and did not know how to speak well. when asked a question she was all over the place. I asked her to calm down because of her rudeness. She lost it ..rude.

I made an appointment its 2022; my government job called me in I missed my appointment called the following day. Can you believe the lady cursed me out! Called me names; I said I cant believe you’re a medical person doing this she said she don’t care go tell whoever. Im so disappointed.

Dr. Thomas is a excellent doctor, but need to rid of his front desk person who is his wife. She is rude and the cause of patients leaving a excellent doctor. She will not let you see the doctor if you don’t pay the copay. Office only take cash copay. The office needs updating.

This is by far the worst place I've ever been to for any type of service. The office is old and outdated, the receptionist is rude and patronizing. She was insulting and yelling at a patient on the phone when we walked in, she called her a liar and hung up on her. Then I heard her call this woman's insurance company and say very disparaging things about her. This was only the beginning of the terrible ordeal we had there. We should've seen the forshadowing and walked right back out then!

My mother had an app. with Dr. Thomas & was turned away by the receptionist (his wife) b/c she had an unpaid copay of $15 in march. The receptionist took my mother's co-pay of $15 for the current visit & stated my mother would not be seeing the doctor today unless she paid her co pay from march.My mother was never notified of the missed co pay. My mother stated that she did not have the money right now & the receptionist told her that she just gave her change, so she should use that,embarrassing

Great doctor but wife / receptionist is horrible. Does not know how to communicate with patients. Very rude and has a nonchalant attitude. Needs to work with pigs not human.

She scheduled me for an appointment at 3:30pm. When I arrived the door was locked. She opened it to say they were closed come back at 4, then slammed the door. A few minutes later they both came out with their bags in hand trying to ignore the line of patients that were waiting. She screamed they are closed and she didn't schedule appointments today (when she clearly had). Dr. Thomas stood like a deer in headlights before she yelled let's go, we're closed. I will not be returning there anymore

Front office staff,(his wife) is callous, terse, rude and indifferent to patient needs. The office frequently opens late and they do not turn the phone system. When you call the service they appear just as flabbergasted with the lack of professionalism as you do. The worst is having his elderly patients wait outside the office door for 30 minutes (standing) because the Dr. and wife are late. The Doctor can be quite arrogant at times... must be unhappy. They need to close this office DOWN.
