Dr Sharma is nice enough, but did not recognize me at our third meeting. In the one year I was a patient, I could not get past the incompetent staff. Messages and requests go unanswered. All operations at the office are centered around the paperwork and avoiding liability. For example, when I asked them to complete a routine bio-metric form for insurance, they insisted that they could not print the form from the website. I tried to send the form via their messaging portal, but they will not accept attachments or even secure links. Which is fine, but they did not have to be SOOO rude about it. I have never been hung up on the phone by any service provider in my life, except Primary Care of Milton. How's that for your bedside manner!

Dr. Sharma was filling in at Northside Urgent care on Old Towne Parkway in Marietta. Believe it or not he actually called me back after I was on the medication to see how I was feeling. You just have to love the man. He is so attentive and noticed my antique cameo ring.

One of the most thorough and caring physicians I have ever encountered... My husband and I are both patients as well as my 80 year old mom. He always takes the time to fully understand our issues and offer the best solutions. He goes out of his way to care for his patients...very rare these days. He's moved to a beautiful office a little farther away from us but we will make the drive, he's worth it!
