I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Dr. Mathur and his incredible staff. From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion.Dr. Mathur is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also takes the time to listen to concerns, explain diagnoses and treatments in detail, and make sure that you feel comfortable every step of the way. His expertise and thoroughness immediately put me at ease, and I felt confident knowing I was in the best hands possible.The office staff is equally amazing—friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate scheduling or answer questions. Every visit has been a seamless experience, and the level of care is truly unmatched.They set the gold standard for what healthcare should be!

Dr. Mathur is such an incredible doctor. He is very friendly, professional, has excellent bedside manner and makes the entire experience very comfortable. Highly recommended. I was also very surprised by the entire team at his office. Recently went for a routine "I'm at that age" initial colonoscopy at the Crystal River location, and the entire staff couldn't have been more friendly or professional. At most offices I've ever been to, there is always that 1 person who isn't friendly. Not here. I honestly can't believe how incredible the entire team was, and how well everyone worked together. I think on this routine visit, I had direct interaction and support from at least 8 members of staff. The nurses are incredibly professional. They all go above and beyond to ensure your visit is comfortable and relaxing, as they know some people might be nervous. They are all very personable as well. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Horrible I was misdiagnosed too quickly. Like a person of color he stereotyped me in 3 minutes. His diagnosis was incorrect. Due to his arrogance I suffered for another year until properly diagnosed. Rude and judgmental.

I am a new patient. He explained my upcoming procedure thoroughly. He could show caring about me as a patient a little more but for the most part he was pretty good. The office staff was very kind.

Seemed uninterested in me as a new patient. Treated me like a number. I was not impressed with him. His staff was pretty good though.

The office staff was rude he don't listen to his patients concerned I've been waiting for weeks for test results keep calling and they keep hanging up on me very disrespectful people do not deal with this dr. I am finding another doctor
