Dr. Shyam Vyas, MD

I’m still trying to figure out my mental health and randomly remembered this psychiatrist I had in 2019 and got annoyed because I remember how he would not listen to my concerns and anytime I told him about the unbearable side effects of a medication I’ve already tried and disliked before, he would always tell me “You know if you drink alcohol while on these meds they don’t work right?” and it was extremely frustrating because l don’t even drink and he refused to listen to me or make any changes and just told me to keep taking them and I ended up dropping out of school because I wasn’t functioning and he was really bad at his job. It seemed like the appointments were waste of my time and he was just leading me on to keep coming so he could get more money out of me. I remember the nurse staff being nice though but the actual doctor was not helpful or attentive to me at all and rarely would even actually do his job and talk to me.

Excellent, professional, understanding, and very informative. Helped me make great changes in my life.
