Any doctor can run a series of tests and figure out what's wrong with you. What makes a doctor good is his bedside manner and his willingness to listen to you and figure out the underlying issues. The doctor, the day we visited, was fairly abrupt and at that time had a poor bedside manner. However this was not the worst part of it. It was his staff that drove us away. It was their unwillingness to adjust our appointment 20 minutes because we got caught in a traffic jam due to an accident. I called and asked if they would see us 20 minutes later and was told NO, you have to reschedule. How many times have you sat in a doctor's office and waited 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 1/2 hour, even an hour for the doctor to see you? The staff that day was completely unwilling to put someone ahead of us and then adjust our appointment by 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable and we will not be returning.

Highly recommend Dr. U. He was able to run a series of tests to diagnose my problems and address them in an easy-to-understand way. He is extremely thorough and ensured that all possible causes of my issues were looked into or ruled out. Excellent doctor who was patient in listening to me and answering my questions.

Dr. U is a wonderful physician. He listens and looks at the whole patient-not just lab values. He gave me his email to contact him if needed and he always responded. I wish more physicians had his bedside manner and compassion.

Dr U listens to what you have to say. He gives you as much time as you need with him. He explains everything to you to where you understand. I trust his decisions with my health decisions. I would highly recommend Dr U. He is seriously concerned with your health. Dr. U went out of way and referred me to an excellent gastroenterologist, which was something he did not have to do.
