Clinical vs Administrative
Clinically, Dr Jacob was very good. The carpal tunnel surgery produced a very small scar and a lot of relief. But couldn't get a follow up appt! Called, texted, emailed... received no reply.

Dr. Jacob is wonderful! In a matter of minutes, she was able to diagnose my hand pain. She was thorough, patient and kind. The injection she gave me was quick and, within a day, relieved my pain. I highly recommend her.

Couldn't get a visit. Her receptionist was down right hostile when I requested an appointment because it was due to a car accident. ???!!!
