I’ve been taking my son to see Dr. Chang since he was a teen. Abe is now in college and sees her when he returns home for breaks. She takes great care in listening to my son, and explaining options and care. I will continue to book appts with her for the long term.

I was referred to doctor Chang and from day one she was pushing for a long and ineffective procedure versus a more effective, shorter, and cheaper procedure so she can bill the insurance more. Each time I had to wait between 30 to 90 minutes for my appointment. She shows no compassion and it's very obvious that she sees patients as revenue? opportunities?.

This Dermatologist works for Center for Dermatology Cosmetic and Laser Surgery in Fremont , California. Does not return phone calls of her patients. Very Unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone at all. Find another Dermatologist to consult with.

I saw for the first time Dr.Shurong Chang at her dermatology office in Fremont, CA a few months ago for a consultation. After our meeting I left her 3 to 4 phone messages as I had some remaining questions about our initial meeting. However, she never bothered to return my calls. As a result, I decided to choose another dermatologist to see in the future. I don't have any plans to refer or recommend this doctor to my friends and family.
