Dr. Gupta and the entire team that works with him offer great care to their patients. From the pre-op process, surgery, recovery, and post-op, everyone was very communicative and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything perfectly. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta et. al. to anyone who wants the best care available.

Very poor response for medication refills. Often takes more than a week to obtain a refill of a prescription leaving patient with little or no medication . Multiple contacts to the clinic are required including contact by the pharmacy.

I found this man to be very dismissive of my concerns. Also they asked if I would mind if he had an intern shadow him for my visit, I replied "I'm not comfortable with that," but then she came anyway. Most importantly, he did zero for me. He just prescribed me a drug that I already had a prescription for (he knew that). Had me schedule a follow up visit & when I came back the second time, he had my blood drawn and then I never heard from him again! No idea how my blood work turned out. Very $$$

Dr. Gupta is the most friendly, knowledgeable, and caring doctor that I've met. My husband sees him and we couldn't be more satisfied. He will sit down and listen to what you have to say. He is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Gupta is one of the finest men I know along with being one of the best doctors I know. He was so thorough when explaining the procedure to me and made me feel so comfortable with the entire process. I could not say enough good things about Dr. Gupta but one thing is for sure. If you or any of your friends or loved ones is in need of a urologist you need to see Dr. Gupta. I drove over two hours each way to see him and would drive even more if need be. I went to the ent room at UK for a serious problem and they called Dr Gupta in and he did surgery on me really saved my life he is a great Dr. I would recommend him to everyone. My stay in UK was great for a hospital all the nurses was great. My name is Roger Hunter and Dr Gupta has been great with me so far.you don't have to wait very long at all when you go to a Dr visit and he takes time to talk to you. Not like most des look at you and send you on your way. He is a great Dr.

I went to see Dr. Gupta after my hometown doctor said I needed major surgery for the scar tissue in the urinary tract - and he recommended Dr Gupta. When I met him, I found him to be very knowledgeable, confident and friendly. He did a few tests on me the same day and recommended surgery. I had my surgery done 6 months go, and when I saw him a few days ago, he gave me an all clear! Overall, I had a great experience seeing him - the hospital is very big though and sometimes confusing
