Shouldn’t be allowed to see patients
Went in with a torn bicep. Had to get a referral from my PCP. Had to beg for an appt as I was in pain, asked to take anyone’s cancelation. Finally got in and, she told me she didn’t think it was torn and to rest it. I KNEW it was torn. Demanded the referral and ended up having surgery 8 days later. The specialist asked me why I didn’t come to him sooner! Ha I said don’t get me started. The first Dr didn’t even wanna send me here. She’s a danger to her patients.

WORST DR I EVER WITNESSED
What doctor says to an elderly woman about medication” I can take you off today and you can die”?I went with my elderly mother to her appointment about a recent surgery she had. She was put on a medication for a blood clot in her lung. in the hospital they told her she had to take the medication for 3 months then stop it. My mother was concerned that there is no scan done before they take her off of the med and was going to ask about it but never got to that question. Then they were discussing other things and she started yelling at my mother and of course my mother started yelling back so I stood up and said we do not need to yell at each other. No dr should yell at a patient and my mother shouldn’t need to feel she needs a ref at her appointment. Considering she was at the the appointment due to the PE in her lung one would think she would check her breathing, listen to her heart…none of that happened.

Horrible staff and facility. Stay away if you can
Refused treatment as the patient was 5-10mins late. Staff is unfriendly, rude, and unpleasant and have no regards for patient health. Doctor has a ridiculous policy of canceling appointments if a patient is just 5-10 mins late without even listening and understanding the patients situation. One of the most horrible facilities and doctors that I have ever experienced in US. They really need to change the policies and start concentrating on patient care or close down the facility which might serve the patients better. Stay away from this facility and doctor if you can. The staff is very very rude.

Excellent ! Without a doubt. She helps to teach you about your situation/condition/challenges/whatever the case may be and supports you. She is intelligent. She will advocate for you as well. Who does that these days. A few do, but not many. Be clear as the good doctor does not make assumptions or throw pills at you. If you are not sure, communicate such to her. Dr. Javlekar will help you to discern as well. I agree with the a few comments about some of the front desk staff which Dr. Javlekar cannot control. Some of the front desk should not working at the front desk. It is customer service job and caring about the patients is priority, It is not a job for everyone. Even one of the practice managers was rude when I was inquiring about a referral/auth.

I am a patient of Doctor Javlakar for years and I am very thankful that I have her. She cares, she helps me a lot she is amazing!! I don't want to change doctor because is hard to find a doctor that understands your pain. But I have a complaint to Metro west services. Why in the world will you move her in the middle of nowhere in Worcester? Now I have to drive an hour without traffic to get there. Please bring her back. 5 stars for Doctor Javlakar not for metro west

Do NOT join this practice. Judgmental, unprofessional & the practice is extremely poorly run. I received multiple text messages changing my appointment times & it is always incorrect. Do not return phone calls in a timely manner. ALWAYS have to wait to be seen. NO EMPATHY! Worst doctor I have ever seen.
