Robotic and Not Compassionate
Lacked compassion and empathy and was completely robotic in her approach to my healthcare. Such a disappointment. I do not recommend her.

Very bad experience
I was seen as a new patient with concerns about issues I’d been having. This doctor was very dismissive and did not listen to me about what I was concerned about. She dismissed everything I said and made me feel like I’m crazy. Her tone of voice was rude and demeanin. I felt uncomfortable with her, and felt she didn’t care. I will not be going back to her as a primary care doctor.

Very dismissive
She brushed off some concerns that I had as a result of me being postpartum and breastfeeding. Checked labs that were very abnormal, and again said it was a result of breastfeeding. And it turned out I had some very serious, life-threatening things going that weren't found until a few weeks, a trip to the ER, and 4 days in the hospital later. Her failure to recognize or take my concerns seriously almost cost me my life.

My family and i have been going to Dr.Bahadur for a few years now. Found her by accident when she was filling in for another Dr. at a Northwestern office and I switched to a different office to continue seeing her. She listens and has compassion to whatever my family and I bring up to her during out visits.

She was the most amazingly RUDE doctor that I had ever experienced in my entire life! It was an utterly bizarre office visit! We all have bad days, but you don’t take it out on a brand new patient or anyone for that matter.

I recently moved up here from NC. I went to Dr Bahadur to get a new family physician and get my medicine under a DR here. She took my BP and Heart rate and immediately knew something was wrong. She got me an emergency appointment with the cardiologist and within 1 1/2 weeks I had a 5 way bypass with blockages from 80 to 100%. I had been seeing my cardiologist in NC and they never mentioned anything about blockages. I was very happy to see DR Bahadur or I might not be here right now. I would highly recommend her.

My experience with Dr. Bahadur was truly horrible in many ways. She was unprofessional, insensitive, rude, and lacked compassion and simple bedside manner. As someone who works in the medical field, I know what good doctors and healthcare workers look like and she was far from it. I never write reviews for anything but because I had such a terrible experience with her, I wanted to inform others and tell you to find literally anyone else to have as a primary.

I went to Dr. Bahadur after experiencing persistent headaches, memory loss, and nightly vertigo for 2 months as a 31 year old. She wanted me to get a brain CT scan expressing concern that I had a brain tumor. After horrifying me, I was unable to get a hold of her after insurance denied the claim - leaving messages that were never returned, speaking to nurses who didn’t understand and then never conveyed the actual problem to the doctor. I became a middle man between the doctor and insurance as I grappled with the idea that I may have a brain tumor. It was mentally overloading and the lack of human empathy I experienced from Dr. Bahadur and the office staff was appalling.

I went to seek Professional Medical help from Dr Shruti Bahadur in order to obtain urgent care for a severe on going eye infection and eye allergy. Dr. Bahadur did not seem at all engaged to even discuss my eye malady with me. She did however recite 3 short sentences to me during my entire visit there. Dr. Bahadur even started to look into both of my ears with her light scope thing which was a signal to me that I wasting my time. She was disrespectful when she began looking at my eardrums
