I have been with this doctor for 9 years. Something changed 6 years ago and I should of left then. I have only actually seen the doctor 3 times in six years! Every other time is is a PA. The doctor even stated that I would not be able to have kids. (False) the front staff is so rude. I missed my last appointment due to my wife being in the ER wmdue to being pregnant with our second child. I tried to call and the do not answer, ever! I did not have time to log into thier website due to the emergency. Now they want to charge me a fee for missing. After explaining everything the front office manager became very rude and unprofessional and refused to even have the doctor call me. This is what happened to me with this doctor. They showed zero empathy and zero compassion.

Get pushed off to nurse practitioners
You rarely see Dr Parikh. Instead you end up seeing a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor. This happens even when the Tsh is not controlled well. Last time I went, the new nurse practitioner falsely accused me of not taking my thyroid medicine because my Tsh went up. This shows lack of experience in dealing with patients, and lack of commitment of Dr. Parikh to properly treat the patient.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Parikh. She spends time with her patients and actually listens. It's not just in and out like most places. She leveled out my thyroid medicine and got me through gestational diabetes and balancing thyroid hormones during pregnancy. I would recommend her to anybody looking for someone they can trust, not someone who just throws pills at you and hope something works.
