Nurses are nice. Doc is great asks questions. Cares about you.

She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Dr Marilani looks at every angle to resolve your issue. I’m a difficult case but she never gives up trying different things. She thinks outside the box. Very knowledgeable doctor

A real pro

Dr. Maralani took time to explain things well and also spent time listening to my concerns. I was very pleased with my visit with her, though I did not enjoy waiting in an exam room for 75 minutes to see her.

If you're tight on time, think twice. I waited a half hour in the lobby and another half hour in the exam room.

Granddaughter came from Toledo to bring me to appointment. We were 20 minutes late due to traffic everywhere. Staff was very accommodating and Dr Maralani still serviced me. I was very appreciative since I'm disabled and transportation is a key problem for me.

First time there, and was very impressed. The front desk was very helpful, and the staff was very pleasant.

BEEN SINCE NOV. 2024 AND STILL HAVEN HAD HELP. IF I FIND THAT THERE IS CANCER I WILL REPORT TO THE BAR AND GET AN ATTORNY. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO.

The check-in people are very courteous. They have a hard job. It’s a very busy office but things roll tight along. Dr. Maralani is a very good urologist.

Took necessary time with listening to me

The wait time was ridiculous!! I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment (like I was told) and I still didn't get brought back until 52 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. Once in the room, it only took about 10 minutes for her to come in. I like her as a whole. They need to do something about the wait time though. 3 people got up and left. Said they would reschedule. I talked with another patient in the waiting room and stated that i would wait this time but won't hereafter and she told me to get a different doctor because it's like that all the time

Dr. Maralani was very professional, greeted me with a warm handshake and a welcome and offered an exceptional explanation to my condition as well as options!I felt like I was treated with the care and concern of a friend! Professional and personable-top notch!

She was able to let me know CT scans okay and everything was looking good.

The doctor thoroughly addressed my current condition and we discussed next steps of treatment and provided me with literature to become familiar with next steps. Scheduled next appointment for final review for pending procedure.

I like the dr but the waiting time to see her was very long. I had a 3:45 appointment time, waited over an hour to see her. I finally left the office at 5:30. Almost 2 hours later! Ridiculous amount of time.
