Dr. Rheinfelder is very patient and understanding. She explains medical situations with thoroughness and easily understandable definitions.

She listens, gives me clear information and written instructions.

I have recently completed another year under Dr. Shirley Rheinfelder’s medical care and with each visit I am more impressed with her and her staff. I leave her office visit feeling that I and my health are important to them.Dr. Rheinfelder gives a very ,very thorough physical. She goes through the lab reports explaining the purpose of each test and the result. She answers all questions completely and never rushes through her answers. I leave her office confident that I have the most recent information about my health and the knowledge to know how to maintain my health.

I had a lengthy review of the results of my tests results that I had two weeks prior to this meeting. In addition we discussed how I was feeling, current diet and how I felt health wise. The review was very thorough and helpful to me and allowed for me to not only to answer questions from the doctor, to ask my own questions. It was a very good back and forth discussion on a relaxing environment.

I have been Dr. Rheinfelder’s patient for over 13 years and she has taken excellent care of all my health issues. She is very caring and personable, always focused on her patient’s overall well-being. She goes above and beyond expectations, even returning phone calls after hours or on weekends. Her staff is very professional and friendly as well. I feel privileged to have Dr. Rheinfelder as my primary care physician!

I looked for a replacement Doctor from most of Arizona and found a highly qualified and tested doctor in our back yard. Run don’t walk away from this practice. From the front staff through the NP and Doctor, they are rude and it’s their way or the highway! We got the highway! They could care less about what your wishes are - you must do what they want or you are gone. Nurse is exceptionally rude as nd mouthy. NEVER in over 60 years have we met a practice like this one!

Always makes sure I understand my issues and addresses them. She’s incredibly kind and understanding. I view her as a friend as well as my doctor.
