awful. rude, dismissive front staff, an appointment with the dr. offered only a p.a. .. I walked out , changed drs, blood work, terrible case of mononucleosis. friend misdiagnosed for 7 months. seen by p.a. finally an x ray. lung cancer. world's worst practice i have had the opportunity to run into. don't be me.

In the beginning I found Dr. Nagel to be knowledgeable but with little outgoing kindness. On my last visit she was off the charts rude to me. She blasted me about several issues and then just walked out of the room. This is unacceptable from a doctor under any conditions. The women needs to retire. Yes, I will be finding a new doctor.

Pretty much cuts to the chase. I'm 73 and she pulled no punches when I had silly complaints and she simply said "you didn't take care of yourself." She named off rapid fire my "missteps" and then offered what could be done to get things turned around. She's smart and a "pro." I get the distinct impression she actually might care. So NOT what I had experienced with my previous Dr. here in the area. It's been a long time since I've felt good leaving the doctors office. I recommend her.

Lab results- even when is a same day result lab, for them takes 4 days just for a call because for the actual report, is been 12 days and I’m still waiting and I have been emailing them, calling leaving messages and haven’t get any answer or solution and I need my report for my job.

This office is more concerned about making money than they are about the elderly. They are very quick to say not to go to the emergency room because they have a walk in clinic. My mother was told several time not to go to the ER, because "they couldn't do anything that the office couldn't do" WELL, morphine was the only thing that took the pain away and lowered her blood pressure (200/110). This was not a concern to the office staff at all, because pain will cause high blood pressure.

My father was a patient of hers for 27 years. He had been suffering with some back pain for over a year and saw her for this many times. He died on January 2nd 2018 at Waterman hospital of stage 4 cancer. His L1 vertebrae was completely pulverized. She had ordered an MRI for the week after he died. A little late lady! I feel she is negligent, and she never even came to see him in the hospital. I do not understand how she missed this as he was seeing her constantly. Medicare has paid her well.
