Has my wife in tears
Month after month, she cannot take the small amount of time to refill a prescription. We call in 3 days in advance (even when it runs out on weekend) and are told she can't refill until it runs out. Call when it runs out and it takes her a week to send it to pharmacy. Then we are told that we should call it in in advance! This is completely unacceptable.

Horrible and careless
She is the dr who signs off on my husband and 10 year old daughters prescriptions and even with me calling day after day requesting refills there has been nothing sent. Nothing any other dr in the office can do either. Doesn’t seem to actually care At all about patients or communicating.

Dr. Ice is #1 in my book!
She takes time to listen and not just hear you. If many of the staffers there were not so rude and condescending it would be nice. The 2 main problem i have with the office are: 1) often my messages and emails never seem to reach dr. Ice… it’s like a brick wall to go through (2) the time spent: although dr. Ice is well worth the wait, sitting for hours is detrimental to both my physical and mental states. I am sure there are many folks that are in the same boat.

My wife and I entered Dr. Ice's office on Hwy 441 in Belleview, FL today, 8-12-2020, to find the employee at the reception desk not wearing a mask. She requested my drivers license and insurance card, which would require stepping quite closer than 6 feet. Grocery stores and even the filling stations here in central FL (one of the worst 3 states in THE worst developed country, regarding Covid-19) mostly have plexiglass between customers and clerks, but not in this medical office! Moreover, she spoke louder than necessary (even for me, an elderly man with some hearing loss) right at people. We left. We did not meet Dr. Ice and cannot review her, except for the way the "front office" is run.

Okay I'm a little confused here online doctor ice is still showing her Dunellen practice when she's been at Express Care of Belleview or approximately 3 years. for the ones looking for Doctor ice she is utterly fantastic. Her and her staff they get to know you personally and take time to help in any way I can't say enough good about her or her. she follows through in every way and make sure to keep your files updated requesting any treatments that you had at any other doctor. Doctor ice is #1!!!
