Dr. Chan is the best!
Dr. Chan is the best OB! She cares about her patients and takes her time to ensure they get the best care possible. She took care of me and my baby my whole pregnancy and I am eternally grateful for her care as a provider. She is caring and thoughtful in her process. She is truly an angel! Dr. Chan did not explain what she was doing while she was administering a Pap smear. She demonstrated what she thought was causing me pain on my body without my permission. She discussed me from getting an iud and did not know about the most recent form of the implant. She prescribed a good birth control and has neglected to refill it twice. The first time, after multiple calls from my pharmacy, from me, and several denials from her office staff, I got my refill just in time. This week, she neglected to respond to multiple calls from my pharmacy. She didn’t pick up two calls from me or respond to my voicemail explaining my situation. I just bought a plan B pill because she couldn’t get it together to refill my free birth control for $55.

Dr Chan has a friendly and welcoming personality. Her happy personality makes you feel good about coming in and excited about your journey to motherhood. I truly enjoyed all my visits with her. She has a wealth of knowledge and very informative about the questions you ask. She's patient and takes the initiative to keep an eye on things to avoid any issues.

I love dr Chan, she is very caring and very friendly, very knowledgeable Her office team is very friendly as well I had fibroids she had surgery with her husband Dr Richard Freedmen, great job! I never had problems after and 4 months after surgery I'm pregnant now I trust this couple %100 they are the best
