I have been going to Dr. Chai for over 20 years and her professionalism and knowledge is exceptional. Very thorough and detailed in her care for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chai's for several years. I have found her to be knowledgeable, professional and personable. Every visit I have made has been one where she takes the time to answer questions and communicate health concerns.

Dr Chai ?? Nurse(s) ???? Dr. Chai is not my primary provider. I've had the pleasure of her caring for me a # of times when needed for same day doctor appointment. She is indeed professional & approachable! She genuinely cared about me as a patient each and everytime I was seen by her! However, there is a nurse on her staff, that needs to come down off of her pedestal and listen to patient(s) before speaking! After the experience that I've had with one nurse, I definitely will not come back!!

Dr. Chai is the type of Doctor that tells you like it is and that's why I go, not to hear what I want to hear but to be told like it is. She has treated me for 9 years and I wouldn't see anyone else. She is always on time and I have never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. If you want bedside manors call your MOM if you want to know what is wrong with you see Dr. Chai. She hasn't been wrong yet, has never talked down to me and listens to what I tell her.

Dr. Chai simply doesn't listen. She rushes through the appointment and always takes the easiest way out instead of really caring about you and your needs. It's always just the simplest script and every time I have to go back for further treatment and she behaves as if it's your fault not hers. She's very stoic and shows no empathy. I have since changed doctors.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Chai?
Dr. Chai is overly-concerned with covering herself with 'rules & regulations' and spends 3/4 of her time explainining why she can't treat you instead of truly listening to what you have to say. She tends to believe she's an expert in all areas and speaks down to you as a patient and person. Unless you just have the sniffles or bronchial infection---i.e. anything she can 'test' and back up with a simple prescription, find another doctor. Jack of all trades, master of none.

Horrible doctor, horrible staff. Horrible uncaring office manager. I go to this office and see a NP. I scheduled an appointment specifically with Chai to remove some age spots etc. I made the appointment specifically for this purpose ONLY. She was late, rushed through, checked my lesions and said you need to see a dermatologist. Exit Chai from the room. I called the office manager to plead to credit my account for the copay and she never called back.

I would not recommend her to others. When asked questions, she said she doesn't have time to talk to you and demand for you to make another appointment to discuss about your issues. The staff there are not friendly at all and often the wait time is very long. One of my appointment was cancelled without informing me and I took a trip there for nothing and also waited for a longtime to learn that she is not able to see me and to come back 4 hours later, I wasted whole day for no service.
