The office staff give themselves 48 hours to reply to emails, so if you have a pressing question forget it. The visit was rushed and the doctor was distracted. Perhaps she has too much on her plate to care about her patients.

I've gone to Dr. Sims for a couple of years now. Her staff has always been kind and attentive. When Dr. Sims came in, she explained everything that she was doing and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Afterwards, she explained everything to me, even when the results were concerning. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sims.

Going to the gynecologist makes me a nervous wreck, but wonderful Dr. Madani understands and is so calming and caring that I immediately feel at ease. I have complete confidence in her AND her nurses. Everyone is so nice! I wish all of my physicians could be as awesome as she is.

I chose her for an appointment as her bio read that she was experienced in menopause issues. I feel like i wasted 2 years trying to get her to help me. After having to change out of wet clothes every 2 hours at night for 20 years, I was exhausted from not getting enough sleep. It was difficult to get on her schedule, appointments were limited to 15 minutes, we discussed what she wanted to first (genetic testing which my insurance would not pay for and i had not asked for), then I had to reschedule to discuss my concerns. If you send her a fax, it is put in your file and she "does not see it" or follow up with you. She could only recommend OTC options that were a waste of time and money. Don't waste your time!
