I initially chose Dr Pankaj to see my newborn and while she gave some good tips on helping him sleep and eat and answered all my questions, she misled us on how to handle his jaundice. She gave us the option to go to the ER for phototherapy when this should not have been given. When we got to ER his bilirubin level was not at a point to require phototherapy and we were sent home; waste of time and money. Also the weight machine for newborns is not digital and looks old. And it took a while to get lab result back from MH lab and wasn't available online.

I really love this doctor. No matter how busy she is, she takes time to listen and is always so great with my kids. I trust her completely. I have never had a bad expereince with office staff like people have said.
