Poor Customer Service
I have been a patient for years. She is very personable but you cannot get anything done once you leave the office. No one answers the phone. They do not follow-up on messages and the voice mail box is often full. I've been waiting three weeks for them to fax a referral! It's ridiculous!!!

New Patient
I am a new patient and have not yet met with Dr. Sarebahi. I was referred to her for my Prolia injections. I have been very impressed with the efficiency of the staff and care received from the nurses.

Waste Of Time
I wish someone would have warned me about this doctor before I wasted my time. I literally waited over 2 months to even get an appointment in her office before she brushed me off she had no sense of compassion concern or knowledge!! I've heard of doctors before just taking new patients for the money but never in a million years did I think I would have to deal with a quack that does that until I met her!!!

Visit was better than I expected. I recently transferred care to Dr. Sarebahi. She was compassionate and was genuinely interested in helping me with the correct diagnosis. She listened patiently and suggested a few treatment options and educated me about each choice. I highly recommend this Doctor and her office.

Dr. Sarebahi is a phenomenal Rheumatologist! For 3 years I have lived in pain and visited countless doctors before Dr. Sarebahi and they could not help me. In my first visit she already had an idea as to what was causing my pain and illness. She has great listening skills, is very thorough, and cares about her patient. In the 3mo. I have been under her care I am now able to function and my pain has subsided tremendously! Her staff are awesome and so caring! They make me feel very welcome and comfortable every visit! I would recommend Dr. Sarebahi to all of my family and friends!

I have been seeing my primary care dr. 15 years. Had already been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia an Diabetic neuropathy. I had never been tested for RA. I drove 3 1/2 an met with her. Dr said let me do bloodwork an come back with follow up for the results. Dr was so compassionate. She couldn't believe no one had ever tested me. Dr said that I had Rheumatoid Arthritis. She explained all the meds I would be taking an side effects I may have. Dr said let me know if you have any problems with medicine or illnesses. She has great bedside manner. I'm so thankful for her an her office. If more drs were like her people wouldn't be living in unnecessary pain.. I would give her an her office a 10 if I could!! I'm so thankful for them!!

This woman was strange. She showed a lack of compassion, shrugged her shoulders from time to time. She acted like she really didn't want me as a patient. Communicating with her was like pulling teeth. She had a deadpan, don't care look on her face. Her answers were short with no substance. She showed no manners,no compassion, aloof. She was the worse ever. Sorry I wasted my time and money. Three visits with her were way to much. She was the worse ever.

She is very dismissive- has no motivation to seek a cause for symptoms and generalizes a diagnosis and doesn’t move away from it. Also be aware of price gouging- she charged 300$ for a 5 minute tele visit!! The secretary is often borderline rude and not welcoming

Dr Sarebahi was a doctor I went to see for a 2nd opinion. I call her a GOD send. She came up with a plan for me. After going over all my past records, xrays etc., my being misdiagnosis w/ TMJ for months, taking steroids unnecessarily. Dr. Sarebahi found the problem, after 3 days my pain level was from 10 being worst to 2. No side effects. I have gone back for follow up blood work, all is well, treatment plan continued and I know my second opinion turned out to be the best decision ever. TY DR.

If I could I would give this woman less than one star. I've been working with her for over 6 months trying to figure out what kind of ailment I have and my entire experience working with her was negative. She was very dismissive about my symptoms, questions, and concerns regarding my health. Through her words and actions she makes it very clear that she doesn't really care about your well being at all. She has poor manners/bedside manner and won't even walk you out or tell you to have a good day
