My child started seeing Dr. Garg in 2021 when we needed to update vaccines for school. After searching for doctors who were accepting new patients, unsuccessfully , we reluctantly went to Dr. Garg, even though she has such low ratings on her reviews. Dr. Garg never acknowledged my child existed and directed all questions to me. She did not as for consent from my child or even explain what she was doing before examining my child's private parts and just pulled the front part of their pants down. I was furious because I have worked so so hard to teach my child consent. Lastly, after arriving on time and being the very first patient of the day we waited and waited for her to come to our room. After waiting for 20 minutes, I walked to reception to see if she would be coming soon and in walks Dr. Garg, from the parking lot, with a newly purchased coffee in her hand!!! Instead of respecting her patients time, as we do for her, she decided to arrive late so she could stop and get a coffee!

Care started out adequate, but increasingly went downhill. Rarely saw Dr. Garg, and were usually scheduled for the PAs (they're actually more attentive). Never seen at our appointment time, and dr was always in a hurry (no interaction with child). Desk staff is friendly, but disorganized. Office manager submitted claims (twice) to the wrong insurance, and even sent me an email about someone else's child. Charged my credit card in error, and never sent any notice (only found out on my statement).

Few issues with this doctor: 1. First of all, dont respect your time. We came on time for our appointment but had to wait for 50 mins before doctor showed up. 2. Doctor does not have patience to listen to us. No smiles. Does not try to communicate with child (why would you become a pediatrician if you can't handle children) 3. Stayed with us for exactly 2 mins 42 seconds. Mentioned that this visit is going to be "SICK" visit instead of regular visit and insurance will be charged accordingly!

The front office staff is rude and does not care. My son was a patient here for 6 months when they decided that they would not see him because the doctors name was not listed on his insurance card. and told me this while I was in the waiting room that i needed to have it fixed before he would be seen. I scrambled to get my insurance to send info over so my son could get his shots as planned. now that we have changed doctors they are very unwilling to give me his medical records. HORRIBLE

Dr. Garg was the pediatrician who examined my child in the hospital the day after she was born. I trust Dr. Garg but am thinking of taking my child elsewhere. Dr. Garg is very rarely available. Instead, office staff schedules my child to see Dr. Jamwal or the PA. It seems like everyone in the office with the exception of Dr. Garg is incredibly rude, especially Dr. Jamwal.

This is by far the worst Doctors office I ever went. Dr. Shikha want to see as many patients(kids) as possible. She doesnt even have time to listen to the details of what parents or kids have to say. Always in a hurry to make as much money as possible. Completely unethical. I don't recommend parents to take their kids here if they love their kids. Period. :(

I love Dr. Garg. When she opened her own practice a number of years ago we left and followed her. She is very thorough and takes a lot of time with her patients....

Terrible experience. My soon was a patient in for his first 18 months, and we could not have been more disappointed and upset. From the rude receptionist, the dingy office, and incompetent doctors, i would recommend avoiding this practice and looking elsewhere. I wish we had left sooner, but as a new mom I was overwhelmed and kept thinking it would get better. It doesn't, and there are better options. New parents beware.
