This is exactly What Dr. Shibana Shafi, MD Internal Medicine • Female • Age 47 2 Ratings did and said to me – I was so upset when she left that I could not stop crying and that is when the Social Worker Came and she was wonderful. I wish I could leave zero stars. Discharges patient, while patient is still ill/still having symptoms of cause of admittance to hospital. 2nd day of hospital admittance physician shows up at noon (the hospital's beginning of a new day of charges) and announces patient is being released. Cherry-picked medical data to justify patient release from hospital. Did not listen to nurse(s). The pat was released without a diagnosis. Other providers stated a concern which she did not state or write any consideration of. Absolutely an insult to the medical profession and to those who do care about their patients. Did not listen to the patient or nursing staff. The pat will never set foot in any facility that has her as a hospitalist. The pat will now have to start

This physician should be relieved of her duties as a hospitalist. The medical facility is carrying a tremendous amount of liability by depending on this zero star physician.
