My visit was worse than worthless. I had a severe skin problem and was sent to Dr Worku by the insurance company. He was extremely dismissive and seemed completely out-of-touch with what was going on. In the end he was absolutely no help at all and... since he is a member of Allina health I was ripped off and now have them sending a steady stream of ridiculous bills for the all of absolutely NO REAL TREATMENT I recieved from this quack. To hell with Allina health. At least as far as dermatology or parasitic diseases go, their motto should be: "Allina Health: False Hopes, Fake Treatment, Real Bills." I was a real patient and everything I have said here is true but I am submitting this under an assumed name to avoid any backlash. These insane bills are bad enough. These people did NOTHING that was any help to me.

Knowledgeable, but next to nothing in terms of “bedside manner.” Comes off cold and at times seemed like he was annoyed by some of my questions. A bit hard to understand with accent, but seems to know what he is talking about. Just isn’t a personable doctor, which may turn off patients.

Landed in Dr Worku's office after falling on the ice and fracturing my ribs. The x-ray of ribs picked up spots on lungs, CT Scan reviled numerous nodules that naturally had us all in fear of the worst. Next stop lung biopsy, then a lung specialist and now an appointment to a Dr. Worku. This 3 weeks of terror finally ended after Dr. Worku took the extra time to explain in great detail the ins and outs of histoplasmosis. We are beyond greatful to have found such a compassionate caring Dr.

Dr. Worku is unfamiliar with my diagnosis of Mast Cell but has treated me several times in the hospital and his office due to infection and has been amazing. He is clear and informative about his treatment plan and answered all the questions I had.

Was very unhappy with this Dr. From the time he entered the room he was more concerned with his watch than listening to anything I had to say. Before he opened my chart, reviewed my symptoms or did an exam he was already diagnosing me and stating why I didn't have the disease I was tested positive for which was why I referred to him. He stated several tests that would/could pinpoint the diagnosis but refused to order any of them. Instead referring to how the disease was treated in India.
