Dr. Sheryl Tomack, MD

I highly recommend Dr. Tomack! She is kind, compassionate, and incredibly patient, always taking the time to listen to my concerns. Her expertise and knowledge make me feel completely at ease, and I trust her with my care. If you're looking for a caring and skilled gynecologist, Dr. Tomack is an excellent choice!

I've been calling over 3 weeks for results of test. front desk wouldn't let me talk to dr. first time I call she says there was no report yet. I call 3 days later she tells me she called and left me a message the day I had called. I asked her how is that possible if I called just before closing and you told me there was no report. she said oh yeah I remember and she would leave a message for the doctor to call me.. I just called again because haven't heard from the doctors office, I asked to speak with the doctor and was told I couldn't and she would call me when she becomes available when ever that is. a doctors office is as good as its staff. the staff is rude and unhelpful! I've been seeing doctor tomack for 8 years now. I never had issues in the past so the new staff must be problem!! its hard to make appointments, and you always have to call 3-4 times before someone answers the phone. and when they answer they answer putting you on hold right away.

Upon arriving I was greeted by a very sweet receptionist. My wait was a bit longer than expected but it was well worth it! Doctor Tomack is very kind and compassionate and willing to listen to her patients concerns. I am very pleased by her expertise and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an excellent doctor! Thank you!!

Doctor Tomack is good and very knowledgable but the office in which she resides in is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate to the people being seen there. More often than not there is 2+ hour waits and on >3 occasions I've seen people with appointment times later than mine get seen before me. When I ask why, I am never given an explanation as to why they just forgot I existed, and was always told I just have to wait or see another doctor if I don't like this set up. This is unacceptable and a terrible way to run an office. I wish Doctor Tomack practiced somewhere else because it is absolutely ridiculous the way they treat people in there.

The office is always running behind. I always have to wait even though I have a scheduled appointment. Person who answers the phone was extremely nasty to me on the phone. My impression of this doctor is she doesn't really care about patients time and only her own time. Very annoyed I wasted my time going to this doctor.
