Do to the pandemic and constant changes in the rules and regulations that we have been experiencing in our healthcare system I have not been able to see the doctor to get my prescriptions straightened out. Dr. Godbolt has took the time out of her busy schedule to ensure that I will be safe and sound this holiday season.

Absolutely Not
Three reasons, I was prescribed medication and was feeling indifferent and wasn’t able to discuss my issues. As a result I had to taper off myself.2. My pain management doctor was trying to consult with Sherrie Godbolt and was unable to contact several times in regards to a procedure competence .3. Aunt Martha’s is an Illinois Government Center, and services are poor and doctors need to be accountable for not responding to patients issues.needs Especially when medication has been prescribed.3. Why are visits through Zoom at Aunt Martha’s if I have access to computer at my home? Furthermore after reporting issues never received a call from doctor. I received a text to inform me I was scheduled for another day. Also therapist never followed up for assistance with coping skills. This information will be forwarded to the State of Illinois for unacceptable practices. Furthermore why would I continue with the poor services. These practices have shown me that professional services ar.

I saw dr. godbolt for a year at the Adam Benjamin Jr VA Outpatient Clinic and Crown Point Indiana she was my attending psychiatrist in the mental health department I felt she was very professional and very good at communicating in understanding my needs and my problems highly recommended
