Doesn’t Care
I have never been to a physician who is so removed from providing healthcare. It’s like going to a robot. No compassion, no concern, and very disinterested. She prescribed a medication that caused me to have serious side effects. When I called her back she was not interested with my side effects. She told me she couldn’t assist me with the issues I was experiencing from the medication she prescribed. She expressed that my side effects weren’t anything she knew about treating. I was advised to find a doctor who could help with my brutal side effects. My side effects were gastro related. I asked for a recommendation for a gastro physician, and she told me she didn’t know one. Horrible and cruel experience.

If you only need basic care like yearly screenings she’s just fine. I found her to lack compassion.

I have been a patient of Dr Olivier for many years. She is an excellent physician and I have always trusted her speed and accuracy. Although I now live in Covington,I still travel to Lakeview to see her and now the Lakeview family practice is being moved further down Robt E Lee towards Gentility! Guess I’ll need a Kevlar jacket to go to this Ochsner location!
