Colonoscopy Procedure
Walked in signed papers and was escorted right into procedure room. There was no wait and did not have to sit in the waiting room. Dr. Farag spoke with me beforehand. Anesthesiologist was the best. He made me so relaxed and comfortable. Procedure was performed very professionally showing years of expertise in his field. Would highly recommend his practice.

Poor customer service
Although dr Farag was very friendly and polite, I was told he would call me once my records were transferred to his office for his review and that he was sending a prescription over to my pharmacy. I never received such phone call and my meds were never sent over. I called his office several times to see if he reviewed them and was told each time by his staff that he did receive them and he would call me. They also kept telling me that they would send over my prescription. After getting the same story each time I called (which was about 10 times) I was forced to find another doctor and feel it was totally unfair that I paid a $45 copayment for absolutely nothing. The dr did absolutely nothing to deserve that payment. I have since gone to dr Chen and the difference is extraordinary. She immediately saw me, read my records, performed necessary tests and is now treating me. Therefore, I feel I deserve a refund of my $45 copayment and would absolutely not recommend this office.

No thanks
I wrote what I felt was the truth. Too bad you censure the truth. I would not in the future bother to take the time out of my schedule to do this again. Give the guy a pass so he can do it again. I have to assume anything else written on your page has been sanitized and bleached - what’s the point?

Poor patient experience
Does not spend time to discuss colonoscopy results walks in and out of room without a clear explanation of findings and risks. It’s about numbers and not quality care

He is a very unprofessional and uncaring doctor he wants to get you in and out so he can get his next patient and get his insurance money for your visit . His mannerisms suck his explanations of medical conditions are atrocious. He has no beside manners and has no time what so ever for your medical conditions ,he is very nasty and sarcastic, he is alaways tired and as he speaks to you alaways yawing , his procedures and professionalism are very very questionable, he has a staff of young women that can’t understand you their English is very very poor and un professional to say the least. I was told by one of his woman staff members to LIE to my insurance company about a stupid ridiculous procedure of a medical injection dr sherif was trying to demonstrate to me when he made go off all over the floor, he said he would cover it he lied he didn’t. This office could run better by a bunch of monkeys . After that I left him ,he did nothing to help me and made my condition worst . Terrible DR

It was too much trouble to get authorization from my insurance co. for a procedure. He did procedures in the office which would have been safer done in a hospital out patient status.

Dr. Farag and his medical staff are great. Courteous and knowledgeable. He takes the time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. The only issue I have is with his billing. There is a copay for everything even follow ups just to get results. Despite that I still recommend him.
