Never work for her
Horrible communicator. Demeaning to staff. Rude. Disrespectful to everyone who doesn't bow down. It's truly sad. She obviously built a business on her own. She told staff to get her business because she owed the IRS. Owed a NP a sign on bonus but instead Dr Klein went to Europe without paying the NP first. The Office Manager said oh well Dr is in Europe on vacation for a month. Accused staff of ridiculous things. Had a Medical Assistant paint a wall during office hours. Sad really. Came to find out that even staff at YRMC didn't like her tone.

Not returning
First visit was ok, came back for a second visit following her instructions then she demeaned me for following HER directions, it was very unusual and I was shocked by her attitude and behavior, she ignored all previous doctors medical opinions and diagnosis, is rude, judgemental, flipping things around, acting very strange, I almost walked out of the appointment. I have never had a 'medical professional' act that way in my life, my children where even like mommy what was wrong with that lady. We will not be coming back. Was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking she just had a really bad day or maybe she has a disorder on the spectrum but her behavior was unprofessional and from reviews I've seen for her a lot of people have had the same issues.

Dr. Klein misdiagnosed a simple developmental problem with my child's foot, which could have been fixed in about five minutes by a specialist. Instead, we waited for 18 months, before my wife initiated a visit with a podiatrist in Phoenix, at which point he fixed it in the office and said he routinely fixes these problems by 6 months at the latest and that the doctor should have known to refer us to him. In addition, we will now most likely need another surgery when my child is 6 y.o.

Dr Klein advises starting solid food at 4 months old. Advises parents to feed rice cereal and even do so in an infants bottle. She isn't up to date at all. Thinks allergen foods shouldn't be introduced according to the aaaai. Disregarded my concerns & needed 3 Apts before prescribing meds for AR.

I have been taking my children to Cornerstone Pediatrics since they were born. Recently I have seen hide nor hair of Dr. Klein, who really was the only professional at this office. I have had to make several trips on one symptom (copay every time)with my daughter because the first person misdiagnosed the issue, and the second person couldn't figure it out. They are terrible with keeping to date up on shots and making appointments for well child visits. They also referred me to a doctor they said

My daughter has had very bad diarrhea for over 3 months now and they only did 2 tests on her and I still don't know what all they tested for. They refused to give her diaper rash cream for 2 1/2 months. They won't return important calls and they are refusing to send my daughters records to the allergist. Do not go there.
