Dr. Friedman and his entire staff were fantastic from the beginning. Had my transplant yesterday, it was painless, they explained everything thoroughly and took there time to ensure the greatest of quality. Highly recommend. Great thanks to the Doc and entire staff !

excellent initial meetings..very clear pre communication and pre procedure expectations....actual procedure was better than expected with regard to number of grafts and post prodcedure lack of pain and detailed instructions with regard to meds and processes The entire team and especially Dr. Friedman provided a great experience....I expect lots of new hair growrh HA!

From beginning to end, i knew what to expect. Very happy. It is too soon to see results but am optimistic as i have the experience from the first procedure.

Office and med staff all seem happy to work under Dr Friedman's expertise. Attitudes are unpretentious and comfortable. I'm only 5 days post procedure but followup care has been exceptional. I'll post monthly as evolves.

Then entire staff is wonderful. Friendly, patient, caring, and knowledgeable would be a few words I would use to describe them as a whole. Dr Friedman is an artist of the highest caliber in his craft, I would highly recommend using his services.

Dr. Friedman took all the time I needed to explain to me the process and kept my expectations in check. Just prior to the procedure he was kind enough to give me his personal cell phone number in case I had any concerns or questions prior to the procedure. I felt I was in very capable hands throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Friedman to anyone.

Dr Friedman and his team are excellent. Everything from consultation to prepping to surgery to post op. Very open and clear on expectations, very encouraging of you to ask questions and of course provide detailed answers, clear on what to expect and how to get the most of of your surgery by following instructions. He and his team are extremely professional, provide great hospitality, and literally hold your hand throughout the procedure. The experience was amazing and pain free. Some discomfort in the first few days but nothing that didn’t allow me to go about my day. As many before me have said, only wish I would have done this sooner.

Could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Friedman. He was informative, kind, and honest. I put my trust in him and he did not disappoint!

Everything was explained clearly and the procedure went as explained. I feel the results are going to be amazing and I am happy with how things went. Dr. Friedman was really good at explaining the process and what was taking place during each step of the procedure. Everyone on the support team was very nice and professional. The recommended Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy was good for the healing process. Dave was very good at going over things prior to me signing up for the procedure and I very much liked being able to meet and talk with Dr. Friedman directly during my decision process. Overall very good experience and I will highly recommend to others. Thank you once again!

I came to the SI in 2020 get options on what I can do with my hair loss. Two years later I had my surgery. Throughout the whole process I was treated very well by the entire staff. Dr. Friedman and Dave especially I felt went out of their way to teach me and give me the facts of my situation, nothing sugar coated. I knew on my first visit that I wanted SI to do my surgery and I haven't regretted it since.

His staff was very kind and helpful.
