Long waiting time in examination room!

She was my provider several years ago at Luminary Medical and is no longer there. I need her help with the visit and billing, but no one seems to be able to speak with her! Where are you?

This doctor delivered my baby in 2014. She ripped my ab muscles when she made me have an emergency C section. When I went for my follow up 8 week appointment, I asked, "why is my stomach protruding out like this?". She told me, "you have Diasis Recti and there is nothing you can do about it other than get a tummy tuck. And considering your medicaid, medicaid WONT PAY to fix it, because it's considered cosmetic. You SHOULD be happy I delivered a happy and healthy baby". Well let me tell you, this woman lied to me. It COULD have been fixed, if she sent me to physical therapy after delivering. Me being young, I obviously took her word being the doctor. A few years ago I brought it up to my regular doctor and he did send me to physical therapy and now since it's been years.. now I will have to get cosmetic surgery. Her bed side manner sucks! And to be honest, I didn't delivered a healthy baby. She rushed the delivery which caused my son to be placed in NICU for 4 days. Horrible woman

Exceptional physician

I have been a patient of Dr. Chvotzkin for several years. She is the only OB-GYN that I trust. She was my favorite OB at a very busy OB-GYN office. Therefore, after she moved to another location, I followed her there. She goes above and beyond from other healthcare providers and does not treat you like a number. I feel confident that I am receiving quality care.

Dr Chvotzkin is so easy to talk to, she listens and answers my concerns. I've never felt so relaxed in a Dr. visit.

I have not seen an OBGYN for years. Being older, I didn't think I needed to. Unfortunately, I was going through menopausal changes that I had to seek help and so glad I did. I cannot say enough about Dr. Chvotzkin. She was so thorough in obtaining my history and asking questions I would have never thought of. She also educated me on issues and what treatment plans would be an option for me. In addition, she showed compassion and concern regarding a potential heart issue I am currently having and provided education and direction to ensure I disclose all information to my physician for my upcoming cardiology appointment.

Dr.Chvotzkin is very personable, professional and listens to your issue/concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Chvotzkin for any women needs.

After so many years of pain and frustration Dr Shelly has been a ray of rainbow colored sunshine; able to bring me back from the brink of despair! She diagnosed the underlying cause immediately and provided ongoing support throughout. She has been completely invested in my overall health; referring me to additional specialists, as needed, to ensure that everything possible was being done.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Chvotzkin. She is my gynecologist and has gone so above & beyond what i hoped for. She takes the time to listen to you, she asks questions, she's not afraid to consult with others, she's empathetic and actually cares about her patients. Following visits (and a surgery) with multiple doctors/surgeons, I went to Dr. C. with a 3.5 year ongoing issue. She not only correctly identified the problem, she provided immediate relief and scheduled me for surgery within the month. Her after care has been 'beyond', she REALLY wants me to not just heal, but heal correctly both physically & visually as much as possible. Yes, sometimes there is a wait - this is an ObGyn practice and delivering of babies supersedes office visits - but i more than benefit on the other side when Dr. C spends AS MUCH TIME AS YOU NEED with you and ensures you don't leave without all the information & help needed.leave without all the information & help needed.

Wow, what a wonderful person - professional, caring and compassionate for my whole well-being. Dr. Chvotzkin went above and beyond. She listens and is genuinely concerned for her patients. The best experience, first time meeting her. I usually see Dr. Swanson but she was booked. Dr. C is definitely an asset to the practice, very personable. Highly recommend. Thank you!????????

I continually have to wait over an hour in the exam room to be seen. This is the third time and all three visits have been the same. I have also had problems getting orders faxed so I can schedule follow up procedures. As I sit here and wait, yet again, I’ve decided my time is more valuable, and will be finding another doctor.

I recently tried to see Dr. Chvotzkin and arrived a half hour early to my appointment. After about 90 minutes, the desk lady announced I'd still have another half hour wait, at least. I left and would never go back. Thanks, FL medicine. Hoping for the best at another doctor.

Best obgyn I have ever seen! Love her!

After having a miscarriage in the first trimester, I was very concerned with my pregnancy and Dr. C is so patient and took the time to listen to all my concerns. I would highly recommend her. It was disheartening when she moved yet now other patients can share her expertise.

I had the best experience during my 2nd pregnancy with Dr. Chvotzkin. Throughout the whole pregnancy and delivery she was very supportive and always answered all my questions. I have and would recommend her again to family and friends!

Dr. Chvotzkin cared deeply about me and my kiddo. When she realized I was high risk she did everything to ensure the safety of me and my kiddo. I would recommend her a million times over!! The absolute best OB I've ever had!!
