horrible care
Dr Chawla was assigned as case manger physician to my mother who was in an acute rehab facility and provided next-to-no care. While several calls were placed to her, she never returned one of them, did not follow up on test results and crucial healthcare problems my mother had at the facility. My mother ended up being transported to the hospital via 911 and almost died from a severe UTI and pneumonia.
