In my opinion, this doctor will not stand up for her patient. When I came to her with an injury, she did not stand up for me. I don't think I will go back to her

Dr. Thompson is the best doctor I have EVER had! Considering all of the doctors and specialties I have been to, that is saying something. I've never met a doctor as down to earth and with more compassion than Dr. Thompson. I felt like I was seeing a friend rather than just another doctor. I wish I knew where she went!

Not very hands on when it comes to exams leading me to believe they are less than thorough, beside manner is strange. When you give her symptoms she will reply with worse ones affecting her. Very odd.

Wonderful, sensible and always willing to look something up or go the extra mile. She researched antibiotics when I was traveling to India, and she's returned my calls after office hours to be sure she got back to me.

Dr Thompson is a sweetheart! She has listened to me and my concerned and addressed each of them. She didn't leave the exam room until she was sure I had my questions answered and understood everything. I have been with this clinic for the last 4 years and it's very convenient for me. There aren't many Dr offices in Nicholasville so when they opened it was perfect for me. The nurses are awesome! I've only found 1 person in the front office that was kinda rude and find out she's a supervisor lol.

I am very disappointed in Shellie Thompson! She dismissed me without ever having seen me because she said that I was a no call or show three times. In which that is not true. She flagged me with all Baptist Health Offices in Lexington, KY & they will not take me as a patient. I have to change Network provider & hospital. She has caused me undue stress. She has also caused Baptist Health to lose money in office and hospital.She is a thorn to Baptist Health and there reputation!
