I call to refill scripts and been told numerous times I do not take that med. Even though I've been on it for several years. Dr. seems scatterbrained sometimes and either seems rushed or just forgets. They even goes as far to ask who prescribed the meds and it's Dr. Morris.

After some lab tests the doctor called a referral in for me. I was notified about the referral, but not the results of the tests. When I called about the results and why the referral was made no one (not even the nurse) could give me an answer. I asked to speak to Dr. Morris and was told that she'd call me back. I waited two days, and no call. I called the office again, and again had to repeat the same story to many people before getting the nurse who then told me quite rudly that Dr. Morris doesn't talk to people on the phone. If I wanted to talk to Dr. Morris I'd need to schedule an appointment. They couldn't/wouldn't give me the test results and couldn't/wouldn't tell me why a referral was made. I ended up calling the clinc where the test were ran and they were happy to give me the test results. The nurse from that clinic even took time to answer my questions about the results, telling me what they meant and explaining the recommendation for further testing. Rude Doctor, Rude Staf

I think Dr. Morris is great, but I feel like she doesn’t always listen. I told her my eye doctor wants me in to see a neurologist and she pretty much shrugged it off. I also was told I needed an MRI and two weeks later, not one call from her office. The nurse Practitioners are okay, but I would rather see my doctor. As I said though, I do like Dr. Morris. I just wish she wouldn’t shrug my concerns off.

Dr. Morris spent an incredible amount of time with me, listening to everything and showed genuine concern and care. It was like a doctor and counseling session all in one. Her nurse was amazing as well. SO knowledgeable and examined things from all angles. Her reviews on here aren’t the greatest which is why I wanted to make sure to write this. I was thrown off by them at first, then after seeing her I have my own experience to say that she is absolutely wonderful.

Called for over two weeks to get the results of my MRI. Completely unacceptable. I've been twice now and I just feel like Dr. Morris is "practicing" medicine. I have serious concerns about her experience and knowledge levels. She did spend a great deal of time with me but I left thinking, "What just happened?" Front desk staff person is rude and needs a customer service class. The NP is super competent and kind.

Difficult office to get an appointment. Took no less than 4 calls to schedule suture removal. Took multiple phone calls to get result of chest xray showing pneumonia. No offer of follow up visit for diagnosis of pneumonia. Front desk staff rude. Doctor uncaring. Nurse Practitioner only bright spot in this practice. Will never go back.
