A horrible doctor
Shelly has become a medical director for Aetna and denies care for patients in need. She denied surgery authorization for a patient of mine hospitalized in screaming pain from a herniated lumbar disc. She lacks compassion. She doesn't care about the patient. She is a terrible doctor. Shame.
