The wait times are lengthy. Many exams to be done and not sure if they are all required/ needed. I get to see Dr. Rabin but only for a few minutes.

I am giving 1 star because I can’t give anything less than this. Worst experience ever. They gave me appointment for 10 and sent me to doctor at 1:30pm. Can u believe it.. 3.5 hour waiting time.. Not recommended at all.. A BIG NO NO Over it staff was so rude never answered how much time do we need to wait more..

New York Eye Care and Dr. Rabin has absurd wait times. I waited over two hours and hadn't gotten any further than filling out the paperwork. Apparently they are cohorts with Queens Optical Center who share the same space. A part of the appointment is to be seen by the optometrist before any additional testing and actually getting to see the doctor himself. However, again, over two hours and I hadn't been seen by anyone. I was then told that it would be another 2 - 3hrs to actually see Dr. Rabin

Have been waiting for over 4 hours at the office. My appt was for 10:30 am, it is 2:30pm and I still haven't seen.
