What disaster! i confirmed the appointment for my 97 year old mother, I told them that i was hiring an ambulette because she is in a wheelchair and immobile. that would have been the opportunity to tell me the office is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. BUT THEY WERE SILENT AND SAID NOTHING. imagine my surprise after navigating an ambulette appointment, traveling through construction and traffic in it, and arriving to find the wheelchair could not go to the office. There are STEPS leading to his office. The staff were rude. no apologies . no offer to help. nothing. thats the story of this office stay away!

Terrible! I just needed to have the wax removed from my ears. He started in my left ear, I felt something was coming out, then he stopped and said that I needed to use a vacuum. I did not get any relief like I normally get when he is done. I never use the Q-tip in my ears, but the next day, I had a hunch, end up getting a blob of wax on the Q-tip, along with some blood. My ear feel a lot better after that. I called the office, was told to come back in a week and pay another co-pay and the doctor will take a look at it. Why didn't you tell me I still have wax in my ear and it is bleeding, I am sure you can see it! Why told me I didn't need to come back for another 6 months? No, thanks. If I am going to pay again, I rather have a second opinion! Someone who will do the job right the first time!
