Dr. s. Gaines is a great doctor. My experience with him is and has been nothing less than good and professional. dr. Gaines listens to the patient attentively. He allows you to explain what's going on with your body and then to proceed from his professional standpoint what it is that need to be done. He is proficient in his work and makes you feel comfortable. I knew I chose him for good reason. The staff is kind, caring and understanding as well. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes in his office before his Nurse come in, and shortly thereafter he comes in all smiles. He has made me feel more comfortable visiting a doctor's office. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is n need of a PCP
